As I’m learning about different ways to make money from Internet, which I include in my internet marketing activity plan, judging for what has happened and evaluating my current situation, I decided to change my strategy. My first goal was to be able to sell any kinds of products or services in the net (PPS, pay per sale).
I have practised the pay per click, pay per lead, and pay per sale strategy.
1. Pay per click (PPC)
You get paid when someone clicks ads etc on your website or your any webpage. In this category, I’m on Adsense and domain parking (Parked.Com). For me, Adsense takes long time and patience to generate money because you need to apply SEO strategy. Domain parking? It’s history, but I still get some clicks on my ads.
2. Pay per lead (PPL)
In this way, you will get paid if you can bring prospects to your affiliate partner. The prospects only need to submit e-mail address or zip code. I join Hydra Network and got some earning from it, but my promotion cost was bigger than earning. I haven’t applied the trick my colleague shared about how to get profit in PPL. For the time being, I can’t loose so much money.
3. Pay per sale (PPS)
I join Google Affiliate, LinkShare, AffiliateBot, and Amazon. This also takes time as you need to do research on keywords and provide ads cost. This is my main target because I sell products and services, either if it’s affiliate’s products or my own products. I’ll figure this out eventually.
See how hard it is to do internet marketing? Who says it’s an easy money? (Well maybe for those who already understand and become expert)
What to do now? I need to earn money in short period of time. I don’t believe in money game or paid to click (PTC). I have some blogs that are idle, I just post articles regularly there. The trend now is paid to review (PTR) and sell links in our blogs.
My questions now: Can I submit my blogs to PTR and link brokers? Are they qualified?
I join SponsoredReviews, BuyBlogReviews, Blogvertise, Bloggerwave. Also LinkWorth.
It took sometimes for me until I got my first order.I was pessimistic because none of my blogs has Google rank. The first order was in last August from Blogvertise. Not long after I submitted my review, they transfered the payment to my PayPal account. Wow, my first $4 from PTR.
Then came order from LinkWorth (LinkPost):
a. There’s a minimum pay out: USD 25 through PayPal.
b. There are two kinds of partnership. One, is 70-30 partner, and Two, 50-50 partner (Preferred Partner). Too bad, by accident I hit a button, it made me become LinkWorth’s prefered partner with the share of 50-50, previously was 70-30 #-o. Darn!
Recently I won the bids at BuyBlogReviews. Some took long time to be approved, one was approved 1 hour after I bid.
Another one came from this company. I didn’t know how he found my blog (Blogspot) but the payment was good. He offered me two methods of compensation: a) By giving me product sample, b) By paying me some amount of fee. Of course I chose the second one! The uncommon thing was he paid me first before I wrote and published my review. Cool! It’s not easy to trust someone on the internet, but this guy trusted me.
So, for now, this is my new strategy.
